Hi there and welcome to Fatal Genesis! This thread is just a quick intro to what goes on here at FG as well as some things that you should do right off the bat! This is the guiding force that will help you start off well on this site and will help you start out!

So as just a quick intro to what Fatal Genesis is all about, we are a literal role-play site made for the growth and practice of our members. We have a number of different worlds to role-play in, with a continuing list of worlds to be added both by the staff and by our members. Canons can be played in threads, but they cannot be solely claimed by one person. This is basically for the fact that people can practice playing them and getting into that canon. We also have a very open mind about the different things that can be done in different worlds. Members are allowed to have relatives of canons, as well as things that would not necessarily be allowed on other sites. If you have a question your more that welcome to post it in the Question board or PM an Admin!

To start off we suggest that you go read the Rules Thread. It isn’t super long, and should only take a couple minutes. But this is a great place to start off so you understand what can and can’t be done around the site!

After that, or if you’re interested, you can check out the thread with the Canon info! There will be more information on how to claim canons and how to use them!

From there, you can go to the registration form to register your accounts. There you can chose what world your character is from or make your universal account. After that, you can make a plot claim or make an actual application. It’s up to you! In the mean time, you can make different stuff for your characters, or start a thread just because!

If you want to request a board you can go and fill out the world request form. If you’re feeling very generous, you can even make the boards for us to use. Other than that, take a look at the worlds that will be coming soon to see if there is any that you’re super excited for.

Otherwise, if you want to create an Intro Thread, your more than welcome to as well! Introducing yourself is probably the quickest way to get people to jump into your plots and letting people know how you are as a role-player!
