Canon Characters

So on this site as you may have noticed, we don’t accept one single person to play canons. Anyone can whenever they want for threads and such so long as the claim that character before the thread is started.

The reason for this is for people to not only enjoy playing their favorite canon characters, but also for others to try something new if they like, and to practice writing as a canon for other sites. If you’re looking at playing some canons for yourself or for someone else, you should read through these guidelines.

First off, if you’re going to play canons, we ask you that you make a universal account. This account, when registered, will then be strictly your canon account when role-playing if you have one character per account otherwise (very much like this account for me). Or if you have just all your characters for one account, all you need to do is have that account registered (which you probably will anyway) and you’re all set! We don’t want any single canon accounts because we want our original characters to shine.

Secondly, since original characters are really the driving force on this site, originals can interact with canons however they want. That means if you’ve been dying to have a child of a canon, and other sites wouldn’t allow it, then you’re certainly welcome to do so here! Surely someone will be willing to not only role-play their originals with you, but they may even take the canon to role-play with your character as well. Again, it’s all about growth!

Thirdly, canons can’t have their own technology. But they can certainly respond and interact with original characters. To do this, you don’t have to switch to your universal account if you don’t want to. In the same sense, all responses and such should be posted on that original’s thread, so that the full conversations will be available for everyone to read. If you ask maybe someone else will even respond as the canon! =D

So for now that’s really it for canons. If I need to, some things will be updated or changed as we learn and grow. Those will be made announcements and… stuff! So yeah anyway, have fun guys! =D
