So here on Fatal Genesis, we don’t have very many rules. Like any other site though we do have just a few general rules. Reading through this should only take like Five minutes. Not even. Here goes nothing okay!?

001. Keep the board at PG-13. This is in line with the Proboards Official TOS. I’m not going to go into super detail about this stuff, but think about the PG-13 movies and TV-14 shows you’ve watched. That’s about as far as a lot of this stuff can go. You can certainly imply that something happens and cut the scene, that’s perfectly acceptable. But you can’t play it out. If there’s anything you have questions about PM me or the other admins! We’re happy to help. Be aware that if we see any posts in violation of this, we will delete them.

002. Respect everyone please! This means staff, other members, and, most importantly, these rules! All we ask is that you follow them in order to keep the site running smoothly. If there’s something going on that you would like us to address, PM the admins! Also if there is a problem between you and another player, we ask that you sort it out in PM, not on the boards or chat boxes. If we see any of these, we will delete them as well. And as always, don’t be afraid to get an admin involved if it gets too out of hand. We are here to help!

003. We’ll be implementing the standard RPing rules here as well. Meaning you can’t control another person’s character without their consent. Now, however if your role-playing your own characters, you can definitely control them since they are yours! Also, no one is invincible, so keep that in mind! ^_~

004. So I’m sure many of you have seen on other sites that there is a certain level of activity required. We don’t have one. We’ll always keep your account and everything. We just ask that you respect other writers, and if you’re going to be gone for a while to let them know. Though we will keep accounts, dead threads will still be moved to the graveyard!

005. Since canons can be played by anyone at any point, we don’t have any rules against having canon relatives or anything like that. That’s what this board is for as a matter of fact! For more info on that stuff, just look at the thread here.

006. We don’t have a set post limit on the site. The owner of the plot can set one if they want if you jump into a thread, but other than that, we just suggest you look into what the other person is looking for before jumping into a thread with your character or a canon!

007. LAST ONE! =D Anyway, as far as play-bys go, you can have celeb or anime or even no one at all, it’s entirely up to you! Please realize though, that you do not have SOLE CLAIM on a PB. Just like actors can play multiple roles, so can play-bys here. Also, we don’t require you to have one character per account. If you want, you can! But if not that’s not a big deal either! Whatever you find easier! Just keep in mind that you have some way to distinguish between your characters! That’s what the graphics board is for! =D
